- Hi Claire!! Welcome to SleepGuide, THE best apnea site on the planett! I'm a real cheerleader for SG 'cause everyone on here has helped me immensely. I was diagnosed the end of June '09, found SG early July. Struggled with CPAP for some time and finally got through with the help of, yeah you guessed it!, SleepGuide. I'm not sure I'd have gotten through the adjustment on my own.
I'm glad you're here. You'll probably be surprised and pleased at the amount of support and info you're find among both patients and professional sleep folks. And thank you! for the friend invite! I'm happy to accept and look forward to talking with you online.
