Hi Christy,The comorbidities suck worse. Have you seen Dr Park's book? 'Sleep Interrupted" ? He talks about UARS Apnea does not care that you are little or young, man or woman . Welcome to the forum their are many helpfull tips to making your treatment work for you....Good Sleep,Chris

Christy, as a member of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to the forum. For you to get diagnosed and on treatment something must have sucked more than sleep apnea. Were you having bad symptoms? I don't think any of us would choose this breathing disorder, but we are glad there is a relatively simple treatment available which can give us our lives back. With any chronic illness there is a grieving period leading to acceptance that we must go through. If we can be of any help getting you through this period please don't hesitate to post.
