You really need to contact your sleep doctor and go in and talk to him. Tell him about what machine they have me on and see if he will switch you. Seeing as how we are sisters and have the same kinds of apnea, they should consider it. Your problem may not just be the mask. Too much constant air, like the CPAP can cause you to feel the way you are too. It is so much easier breathing in an 11 and breathing out a 7, rather than a constant 9. Central apnea is treated differently than obstructive and both.

Hey! Hope this forum helps you find answers to some of the problems you've had. From what I've read, several people here have had problems with CPAP, but a lot have done well. I'm hoping this will be a good source for both of us.
