Scott before purchasing any equipment I suggest your read about the various types of machines. They range in price from from bare bones machines for a couple of hundred dollars to the more sophisticated machines that auto adjust and track therapy. Many have found that the auto adjusting machines allow us to set the pressure for a range and have had alot of success with it. Also if you lose weight, gain weight, have other issues it will allow you and your doctor to change your pressure without undergoing another sleep study. I would check online prices to compare the prices of the different models and buy the best one your budget allows.
