Robin,  as a member of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to the forum.  We are a support group for people and their friends and families affected by sleep apnea.   We range from the undiagnosed/untreated, to those on the machine months for many years.  There is a lot of collective wisdom here.  A forum is only as lively, interesting, and exciting as the participants make it by posting, so I'd encourage you to post a short intro and feel free to respond to threads.  The easiest place to follow all active threads is from the main page.  Of course, lurkers are also welcome.  Hope to hear from you.

I posted your question about the benefits of the S9 as a new discussion.  It's a great machine.  The benefits that I know of are comfort with the machine using the lowest pressure possible, and the ability for you or your doctor to titrate your pressure at home.  Some of us have very different pressure needs during different sleep stages and different positions and the S9 responds to those needs.

I noticed you are using the PR one AUTO IQ.  If you wouldn't mind would you post about your experience with your machine.  It's fairly new and I don't know much about how it works in the real world.  Thanks.

Mary Z.
