Nadeen, as a member of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to the forum. In your profile I see you have sleep apnea, but are not receiving treatment. Have you had a sleep test? What was the recommendation? If there's anything we on the forum can do to guide you in and out of the details of treatment please post a new discussion. You probably already already know about the varieties of CPAP therapy,and dental devices the two main kinds of therapy. If no insurance, or money is a problem you may get some suggestions as to how to get a machine. If I can be of any help please contact me.
