Mary,
as a member of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to the forum.
We range from the undiagnosed/untreated and newbie to those who have been on the machine for many years. I have been on CPAP for 3 3/4 years.
Everything about sleep disordered breathing, narcolepsy, hypersomnia, and insomnia is up for discussion. We discuss treatments such as CPAP, Bilevel, AUTO, and ASV, dental devices, Provent and the new electrical implant. We try to help with problems such as finding the right mask, dealing with leaks, issues with spouses and dating, sleep testing and sleep specialists, equipment providers (DME) and anything else that comes up.
I'm glad you already are contributing.
There is a wealth of information on the site reached from the main page. The site is owned by Mike Goldman, a Sleep Health Advocate, and blogger.
