I used to have problems both falling to sleep and getting a good night sleep, suffering from mild Sleep Apnea, a friend of mine told me about the LiveWave Silent Night patches, it worked wonders for me, I like it because nothing goes into my body and I sleep through the night without any problems. I have been collecting a lot of information about sleep disorders and tips to sleep better and having better health. Please check out my website and hopefully some of the articles can help you. http://the-problemsolvers.com/668696/category/sleep-disorder
