- If Machine Being Used, What Type? (e.g., Respironics M Series with A-Flex Auto-Adjusting CPAP)
- had a CPAP before I had surgery. Passed it on to my son who couldn't afford to purchase one when his insurance would not pay for one.
- If Mask Being Used, What Type? (e.g., ResMed Activa Nasal Mask)
- I had a mask that went over the whole nose, but not over my mouth
