Hi Jeff. I don't come in here to much. Yea. My Cpap machine is setting in the corner of my bed room collecting dust.
It's never done a thing for me to this day. Well, I don't use it anymore. After trying different mask which none worked better then the other. I was worse off using the cpap then not using it. I had lost 50lbs in the past year and I think that has helped a little. I'm still tired most days. When I get home from work about 4pm, I always have to take one of those 5 to 10 minute power naps while sitting on my sofa. It's kind of depressing when I get home from work and can't do anything because I'm so tired. I feel good most days from like say when I get up which is 5am to say 11am, then its all down hill. Another thing I find not so good is, when I read some articles that doctors will debunk the cpap machine.Sometimes I wonder if the whole thing is a scam, but as you can see from this forum, people swear by it. Cpap just does not do it for me...I wish it did. Now every now and then I'll give it a chance and use the cpap here and there but with the same results which is still being tired with it, actually I'm worse off with it.
Don't like to sound like a downer but this is my experience with it and it does suck.
It is Saturday morning about 10am. I feel fine now. I just have to schedule things I like to do early on my days off.
