Jeanette, those panic attacks are horrible. For some people their doctor gives them a small dose of valium or a similar drug until they get used to the mask. We also suggest that you try to wear the mask at other times of the day, perhaps while watching TV, reading, or listening to music to get used to wearing it. Hopefully your doctor can help you out. Thanks for writing and keep us posted. If you're not posting your comments to the forum (just going through the forum posts now) you should as this is the kind of thing many new people have trouble with and that so many of us have gone through. You will get so many more good suggestions that I alone can think of. Support, too.
Thanks for writing, Jeanette and keep me posted. Good Luck and keep working on that mask a half hour or hour at a time until you can wear it through the night.

Jeanette, thanks for your friend request, I'm glad to accept.

Hope your doing alright. I tried the Liberty FFM for one night before my sleep doc nixed the idea. It was going to take some getting used to, anyway!
