Jeff, one thing BEFORE you make ANY therapy changes. E-mail me w/what problems you may be having. It may well be that you only need to change some "comfort options" and NOT any pressure changes. These bi-levels are NOT as simple as the CPAPs. And BEFORE you go thru the Clinicians Menu on your VPAP Auto the first time have a pencil and paper handy and write down what appears on EACH LCD screen BEFORE you make ANY changes so you know what to set them back to if necessary.
