Debbie, as a member of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to the forum.  We try to fill in the gaps in knowledge

not addressed by doctors and DMEs, such as how to get that mask to work, relax enough to go to sleep with all of your gear, dating with CPAP, issues with spouses and much more. We try to empower you to monitor your own therapy via the LED screen on the machine or software.

A forum is only as supportive, lively and active as the members who post so I encourage you to voice your concerns and observations and support others.  Lurkers are always welcome, too.

Glad to have you,

Mary Z.
