Hey! charlie,
How are you ? Read your comments regarding use of CPAP machine, first off its not a very smart thing to do ( that is putting on a cpap mask and adjusting pressure all by yourself ). As a Researcher we have access to one's sleep patterns and accordingly the adjustment is made. You can create more problems for yourself by indulging in this kind of unmonitored therapy. If you are not in a position to get a sleep test done then i would suggest you to sleep on your sides ( put a pillow under your back, in case you roll over you will still be in slight angle ), secondly pay attention to your weight. With Type 2 and OSA etc its not a good thing ( i know you know but its your health and with all those undelying issues you might be missing on lot of fun stuff ).
So in a nutshell... Take CHARGE and lead your health.;-)
