Abdullah,
as a member of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to the forum. We are a support group for people and their friends and families affected by sleep apnea. We range from the undiagnosed/untreated, to those on the machine months for many years. There is a lot of collective wisdom here. A forum is only as lively, interesting, and exciting as the participants make it by posting, so I'd encourage you to post a short intro and feel free to respond to threads. The easiest place to follow all active threads is from the main page. Of course, lurkers are also welcome. Hope to hear from you. Surely you've got some questions to post?
