What's a sleep team? :(
When I got diagnosed with OSA, after the initial PSG & titration appointments (with 20min of sleep data recorded 'cos of a series of crappy masks), all I got a letter that basically said, "You have moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea, go buy a CPAP machine, here's a prescription, here is a hideously expensive place to buy one. follow ups in a year! cya!" (that was Snore Australia)
Moving town afterwards didn't help, because I had to start all over again with a new GP.
Anyway, when I first told my new GP about it, he said not to be concerned. He referred me to a ENT+Sleep specialist so I could ask some questions, but they were a little "hyper elite", and his Sleep Tech guy the ENT sent me to couldn't support my "foreign" Philips Respironics machine, and didn't really answer any of my questions.
My GP is looking again now for another Sleep Doc (a plain sleep specialist this time) to refer me to, because some some other clues have surfaced.
I started getting serious with the SleepyHead project because of all the frustration and lack of information I was dealing with. Before that it was just a hackers curiosity.

That is not a good pattern! Does anyone on your sleep team know about this?
