I am lucky to have a recumbant stationeary bike in my bedroom which I use faithfully, since graduating from a Cardio-Rehab exercise program. This picture was taken before the exercise began and before I lost 25 lbs. in the six weeks I have been on a 500 calorie diet along with HCG drops. I have a total of 100 lbs lose to get into a healthy range for my age and height. FYI: I am 5 ft. nothing with shoes on! LOL
