Acrylic is like working with oils but dries very fast and you have to practice a lot if you have used oils in the past such as I have. I like acrylics because they are water-based and fast....no drying time necessary.
As for apnea, I hope to be able to trade in my machine for an auto-CPap since I am having a hard time adjusting to the psi of 15 which I gradually build up to but then can't tolerate. What a pain!!!

very impressive work, Barbara. i see that you worked on this with acrylic. is that like using oil paint?
