This is an early version of the strapparatus headgear with a nasal mask. The loops are loose and you can see that adjustment is anteriorly. There is very minimal motion of the mask causing fewer nocturnal arousals from leaking masks and slippage of headgear. This photo will be advertised in a future SleepMatters publication.
