I have never been this heavy in my life but thanks to six months of being on prednisone for pulmonary sarcoidosis, I have gained more than 50#. It litteraly makes me cry when I look in the mirror or try to get some jeans on, or dress up at all (shirts nicer than T shirt, and slacks). My OSA has gotten much worse since my chin gets in the way of my neck when I lay down. I need to go on a diet and do some exercise.
