I have my machine set 16 cm and thermosmart comfort setting at 4 (highest heat) and thermosmart climate setting at the highest humidity possible. It used to deliver great warm / humid air but now no moisture is getting through the tubing to my mask. The humidifier gets warm, the tubing gets warm but no moisture. I used to be able to feel the moisture in the edge of tube but now nothing.

Any suggestions?
