Hi,

What part of this site is like blogging?

If I am going to share my experiences with sleep apnea do I write articles or do this somewhere else on the site or not at all? I am use to blogging and tweeting things. I am not sure what the similar mechanism is on this site.

Thanks.

Joel

Joel,

We ask that you "blog" by sharing your experiences on this, the Discussions section of the site. So you've come to the right place. We like that because it makes everything very public for everyone to see right off the bat. If you want something more personal, you can "pimp out" your profile page pretty easily. Happy to help you with any questions/ concerns.

Mike
Joel,

In my experience start a discussion or article. I would like to see you do an article about your sleep study as you have great pics of it and put it in the newcomers section.

I am not used to blogging how do you do that?
I liked the ability to edit my profile.....this way I can refine/cleanup, etc....it's like a personal space...i started telling my story there......I'm not sure if you can 'Edit' a blog, or update a previous discussion post....so if you want to tell a crucial personal story - i would say do it on your profile...if it's a general question/situation that is applicable to the community (more generic)...make it a discussion so everyone can benefit and notice the topic.....you can also do both......create a discussion and point to people to your profile page to read your story, which then can be discussed....
