Some people apply a little tape to make you aware when you take the mask off so you can put it back on.

How long have you been on 'PAP?  This is often a problem that resolves with time.

Hi Rick, If you are getting a pain, you may be taking the mask off as a reflex. There are many different masks, your dme can swap out your mask for a best fit in the first 30 days ,after that you pay. If the hose it getting tugged a "hose managment system" (suspend the hose) might help.Good Sleep,Chris
just a few months it happens once in while i'll try the  tape too see if it works thx
