This website has been a tremendous help to me in dealing with a CPAP and all the quirks and adjustments that come along with it. I was telling my doctor at the sleep center about this site and she asked it I could compile a list of websites that would be helpful to a sleep apnea patient.
If anyone has any website suggestions I would be grateful.
If you are new to sleep I suggest apneasupport first - well - I'm assuming that sleepguide is already at the top of your list, followed by talkaboutsleep and altho listed last, my favorite, until sleepguide, has always been cpaptalk which is the favorite of experienced, savvy CPAP users. It is an outstanding source of CPAP user experiences. Sleepguide excels in empathy and access to a lot of dedicated sleep professionals..
Not very much empathy at cpaptalk.com. Great source for info though. binarysleep.com is also very good from the technical side. it is a tech educational site. Another great source for info.
