For me, just since I started CPAP therapy. I've never been a morning person. But my mind evidently is telling ME what time it is going to wake up whether I like it or not. Even waking up feeling refreshed I didn't and don't like waking up early, especially if it is still dark out. I HATE waking up alert and awake when it is still dark out.
We did try titration study but a stuffed nose keped the first one from comming up with useable results and I only got a couple of hours sleep the second time. Wanted to go for a third but the doc said no and we will use the bi level. I have been waking up early after starting PAP so yes something might not be right and a sleep study will probably help.
Why is it that you techs go home so early in the morning. If they did not wake me up at 5 at the second study I would have probably got 8 hours of sleep.
And where do you think I should go from here? Think I am going to try to get the doc to try a sleep study.
