I was asked this question and do not know the answer -- anyone have suggestions?

My problem, unfortunately , is very unique. I have no lower mandible structure to keep my airway open. Very severe OSA started several years ago and I have been on a steady decline health wise ever since.I need a custom made mask with built in structure to hold my lower face in place. is there anyone out there who knows where I may go for such a device? I have hope that someone can help me.

Carol,
Have you tried an oral mask?

it has a built in dental dam. This maybe of some help in your situation..
D.W. this wasn't for me as I am successful on cpap. The lady that posed this question has posted it here on the forum and is still in need. Hope you don't mind if I ask you to post this on that thread.
