Greetings all.  Does anyone have suggestions on how to deal with occaisional allergies / stuffy nose and cpap?  OTC meds and steroids do not seem to help.  This is the main reason I do not use my CPAP 100% of the time.  A quick search of the site did not reveal any specifics.  Any reply is appreciated.

My CPAP counselor discussed this with me and told me that heated humidifiers help a lot when it comes to these. However, I found out that I'm getting occasional allergies because my mask has become quite stuffy. I found using things like these help: http://www.cpapman.com/store/cpap-accessories/cleaners/citrus-ii-od.... I like the citrus smell too, makes me sleep more comfortable
I find that nasal stips i.e. Breathe Right strips help me with stuffiness.
Thanks Mandy
