SmartCard

I'm thinking about buying an extra Smart Card online, I'd like to have an extra so that I can know my nightly data whenever I send my regular card to my DME (I use EncoreViewer).

Mt question is "do I have to do something to format the Smart Card I would receive or does the Card already come formatted, all I would need to do is put it in my machine?"

You just have to put it in your machine! :)

you can ask your doctor to leave the data intact on the old card if you want, or you can let him erase it. if you don't say anything, the doctor will usually erase the existing data. so that it's fresh/reset the next time he/she sees you.
