The SleepWeaver is the fourth mask I've tried since my June 2011 diagnosis. It seemed unimaginable to me that it could work but since it comes with a 30-day free trial guarantee, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did.

Everyone is different, of course, but this mask works very well for me. (My next favorite, at this writing, is the Swift FX nasal pillow mask.)

Here's the info link (and read the customer reviews) for the SleepWeaver:

btw, I had trouble the first two nights so I called the company's customer service. The gentleman answering the phone was helpful. In addition, he sent me to a website for more help including a video demonstration, which was likewise helpful.

I'm a mouth breather so I also have to use a chin strap, which I put on first. I've tried the Ultimate Chin strap, which I liked but returned anyway (again, the 30-day guarantee) since I still wake during the night always like to take a sip of water, which was complicated with the Ultimate. I am now using the Ruby Pursome chin strap which works very well for me. It's my third chin strap.

So was the "Weaver" a lot more comfortable?  I have been wanting to try it but wondered if it would work with my Ruby chin strap.  Sounds like it might be worth a try.  I think CPAPlibrary.com has them for rental.

It is a very interesting mask.

I put on my Ruby chin strap first. When I started with all this stuff after my diagnosis in June, I put the chin strap over my headgear. Putting my Ruby on before the headgear works better for me.

In reading the reviews on the "Weaver" I noticed that some people had leak problems. At first, I did too. Then I watched the video I referenced in my first post and got much better at putting on the mask.As usual with masks and all related paraphernalia, one person's solution is another person's nightmare.

btw, I'm a mouth-breather who sleeps on her side. Given how I sleep, it's really nice to have a mask that's "scrushy" and doesn't readily dislodge.

Tonight I think I'm going to sleep with my nasal pillows. It's a test to see much I miss my "SleepWeaver". I ordered extra nasal pillows and new Swift FX headgear. Even though there's a restocking fee (an eminently fair charge, IMHO) I may be returning them and stick strictly to my SleepWeaver from now on.

Again, for those of you who would like to try it, cpap.com has a 30-day return guarantee.

Three years ago, I tried this mask on and off for about nearly 2 month. The mask is very soft, and seems very innovative.

But in my case it would not work. I think the biggest problem is that it is a one size mask. I had a lot of leaks when I used it. I saw the video several times, but I could not adjust it to fit my face.

Another problem is that there is no headgear clips, so you have to adjust it every time you take it on.

If they could make it to fit especially to your face, and they made a better headgear with clips, I think it could be great.

But you will look like an elephant.

I have just started using the Sleepweaver, too.  I love it. It is so light, by far the most comfortable mask I have worn. It does leak sometimes a bit more than some other masks I have tried, but not that much and now I've been using it for several weeks I'm finding the leaks are less.

Just ordered one to borrow from cpaplibrary.com.  Can't wait to try it.

Just wondering if any one else has tried the Sleepweaver and how they found it. Not sure if any one has already  mentioned this , but whereas a lot of masks are more comfortable with hose raised using a hose lift , I find the Sleepweaver mask better with hose down rather than raised.

I switch around with my masks. I really like the SleepWeaver and, like you, have found that I prefer to use it with the hose down.

It's also great because I'm a side sleeper and can switch from side to side very comfortably.

I received an email today from CPAP.com about newer revised sleepweaver.....

Thanks for the heads-up, Ginny. The new iteration looks really interesting!
