I take a sleeping pill and wear a Breathe Right strip and I am still a little tired each day. Some nights my nose runs like Niagra Falls. What can I do about this?

I'd say your efforts to improve your sleep are more the rule than the exception to the rule -- taking a sleeping pill and, maybe, wearing a Breathe Right strip. But there's so much more to achieving restorative sleep than this, and the the pill and Breathe Right strip might not be helping at all. Read up a bit on Sleep Hygiene for starters. Also, for your congestion, do you do nasal irrigation like a sinus rinse or Neti-pot? That can help a lot of people. You might see an allergist if you think allergies are the culprit.

Also, if you suspect you might have sleep apnea, you should get a sleep test. Have you considered doing that?
