Has anyone tried cherry juice for insomnia?  Where do you get cherry juice, don't think I've seen it in the grocery store

Funny tart cherry should come up just now.

A friend with serious arthritis problems just told me two nights ago that she has not only experienced real relief from her arthritis problems since she started taking tart cherry (she uses a liquid, which she adds to juices) BUT she finds that her sleep is better. That said, she sleeps well anyway, so I don't know what "better sleep" means for her or to her.

This is anecdotal, of course, even so, I plan to buy tart cherry today.

Also, Noah Calderon posted here that he has found sleep comes more readily if he takes a tablespoon of almond paste and 5HTP. I tried this last night and had a very good night's sleep, including dreams. BUT this is only a "swallow" and one swallow doesn't make it spring. Maybe I was simply due for a good night of sleep.

In addition to the:
