sleep pattern
using the cpap sometimes inhibits me from getting into a deep sleep. so i'll go to sleep without the apps and wake up in the middle of the night when im half asleep then i'll put the apparratus on and fall fast asleep......any suggestions..it's been working somewhat ..........
