Sleep at Last, sleep at last~Whoo Hooo!!! Hopefully final success

Second night with small size headgear and another perfect night.  Slept all night.  7 day AHI average per machine now down to 1.8 and has never been this low.  I am hoping this is not an aberration but for real.  I fall asleep almost as soon as I hit the pillow.  And now I am even able to be comfortable on my own old down pillow rather than trying one 3  different PAP pillows I had bought.  It is so wonderful to put the mask on and that's it.  No more 2-4 hour adjusting every few minutes, reading for the 20th+ time the directions on how to apply the mask (this at 2 AM, too) SO I am going to say that after 4 months (3 months on this type mask) I have finally found the answer.  What a relief!!!!

Persistance pays off, Now if you can just get the skunk to stay away........I wonder if Fabreese would neutralize the P U ?
Hi Chris~no skunk last night~  :)   I wish that every person that was new to CPAP had some type of "course" or support group to go to for a while ....."we" are just out there mainly on our own and I know not all persons would be persistent on their own.
So happy for you! hope the mask continues to fit well!
