Hello,
My name is Laura Wojcik and I work for a marketing research company in Chicago, Survey Center Focus, LLC. (visit our website at www.scfllc.com) We are currently speaking with people who have been diagnosed as having Obstructive Sleep Apnea to better understand their experiences regarding treatment. Specifically we are looking for patients who were diagnosed in a sleep clinic and are currently using a PAP device.
We're looking to speak with people in the Atlanta area for 2 hours in their home during the week of August 22. Each person who completes an interview would receive $200.
