Silly and Small Question

Just heard from one woman that whenever she here's the term CPAP, she thinks of her OB-GYN. I hadn't thought myself, but then again, I'm a dude. Is it common for women to make that connection right off the bat?

I never have made the connection to a OB-GYN -- not in the least. To me cpap and pap (test) are not even closely related in my mind.
