.New to machine,

 1) when in Smart Data Menu it shows 0.0 Pressure and 0.0 Usage.

 2) when in Results menu, Used 24 hours and Usage 0003/0003.

 3) When In Clinical Menu, Efficacy  NO Data, and Usage NO Data.

New to CPAP or just new to the VPAP Auto 25?

When in Efficacy Data screen, did you press the Left button to Enter? If you've checked for the data after noon the previous night's data has been rolled over into the total averages. Pressing the Left button should take you to the previous week's averages, a second press of the Left button should take you to the previous month's averages - when you've used it a week or a month, etc.
Are you holding the right and left arrows down for a few seconds and then cycling through the menus? You should not be seeing the clinicians menu that way. When you get to "reports", press enter and efficacy should come up. Don't forget the time rolls over at 12noon, give or take a few hours depending on the machine's time zone and yours.
Judy, thanks, I didn't know how to cycle through previous week, month, etc. Sometimes things don't look that bad after a night with a bad leak and the average for the week or month is much lower.
