This machine MAY be working fine. I am probably the problem.
I tend to forget which button to push first, etc.
It will work fine for a night or two and then wake me up at 3 a.m.
I'd like to do better with it because I DO NOT get enough sleep.
When I've called the technicians, they've been great about stopping
by to check on the situation, but I either forget the info or whatever . . .
The doctor has changed affiliation and that has been confusing
as well. What to do?

does your machine have a smart card and do you have the software/ card reader to access the data? i would run the report and see what it says, then troubleshoot from there.
What is waking you up? Is the machine stopping? Have you taken the mask off? Are you leaking air? Are you mouth breathing, a really dried out mouth is one of the clues?

If it is the buttons that are the problem is there anyway you can mark them -- 1, 2, 3 etc. to help you remember the correct order?
