Resmed S8 CPAP - how to recoup?

My wife used her CPAP only 44 hrs and figured out she had chronic fatigue instead.  We spent $1000 on this thing.  Its a Resmed S8 Compact with 3i Humidaire humidifier and full face mask. Where can I sell this thing?  Are we stuck with it?  I tried ebay and got a bid for $350 but then ebay shut it down.  Thanks for any advice.  Feel free to email me wickedpete at myway dot com if you can help out.

i know cpapauction used to be the place for such sales, but then ResMed shut them down.  now maybe craigslist.  have you tried there?
