ResMed Doesn't Allow Distribution of its Products in UK by Third Parties?

is it true that ResMed doesn't allow any distribution by third parties of its products in the UK? check out this new website they have up in the UK: http://www.realsleep.co.uk/rsuk/patients/screening.html

looks like they're making major push into OSA testing and direct to consumer sales.
