What are some of the best places to go for reliable reviews of CPAP machines and Masks? I have
looked at www.cpap.com, but do not know how
good their reviews are. One issue I see
is that some equipment has only a few reviews and other equipment has 100’s of
reviews. There are a number of reasons
for that ranging from something not being popular to just being brand new, but
it tends to skew the results.

The only two places I know are cpaptalk.com and cpap.com, Mike. Probably because they are the largest and most active. cpap.com limits their Reviews to those who buy that product from them. They do do a product challenge on occasion and for those products involved the Challenge Reviews by the users are quite forthright. There has been only one PAP challenge, the rest havef all been masks, if I remember correctly. The PAP challenge was the then new DeVilbiss auto and the M Series auto and surprisingly the new DeVilbiss model won over the M Series auto w/a-Flex. Not by a huge margin but the DeVilbiss won nevertheless. cpap.com has changed their "look" so I'm not exactly sure where on their webpages the link to the Product Challenges are right now. It shouldn't be difficult to find. cpap.com has a Product Challenge going on right now between two masks. I've forgotten which two as neither one interested me since I've found the ProBasics Zzz-Mask full face mask and they are both nasal cushion style masks. I think I remember one or both are gel type nasal cushion masks.
talkaboutsleep.com has done some product challenges as well w/good comments. You might want to check them out too.
