What is going on that you think it may need to be changed?
A standard rule is: a gain or loss of 10 pounds. If you are still snoring. Some doctors/insurances like to have people re-evaluated every 2 years even if everything is hunky-dory.

Like Rock said though, what is going on with your situation?
"how do u no when"

Are you having problems with your H, y, k, and w keys?
I am not sleeping well...so I thought maybe it needs to be adjusted

Well then, Janine, I would say that is one of THE best reasons to contact your sleep doctor. You might try taking your CPAP in to your provider to have them check the pressure output just in case.
What do you mean you are not sleeping well? That is a pretty vague response Janine. What exactly is going on? What kind of machine do you have? What kind of mask? What pressure settings are you on? How long have you been on PAP therapy?
