I have been smelling this powder like smell ever since I started using apap mechine. What is causing this? I had washed hoses and nose pillows and it is still happening. I smell it only when I take the mask off but it irritates me. And I do not want to be breathing in fun
fumes that would hurt me as I do have a lung disease. I hope someone can tell me what the cause is and what to do about it.

I know you said you've been smelling it since you started CPAP and I don't know what could cause it, but try changing filters on your machine.
