POLL -- Would a "swap" group be beneficial?
I have thought about setting up a group where members could swap equipment or masks.
If you are self-pay you almost always get more than one size cushion with your masks. You could swap the unused ones for the size you use.
You could swap masks that didn't work for you for one you want to try.
Other pieces of equipment could be traded or swapped as well. Example -- I might have an extra hose cover or bottle of Pur-Sleep and would like to trade it for something I could use.
Possiblities are endless as to what could be traded or swapped for the most part.
I think the important thing would be to make sure you are completely honest in your description of the item you are wanting to swap. As far as liability goes, when Mike gets back he can give us some advice.

I posted another idea somewhere about using eBay or cpapauction, but forgot folks would have to pay a fee. I vote for a straight forward sale page using PayPay, personal check (buyer beware of folks not known to us), or money order. You could also arrange a trade. If it's ok with Mike we could just post the item, suggested price, or what you want to trade for on a special "classifieds discussion".
Sounds like what you're doing Jerri Lynn, except maybe in a separate discussion so folks don't have to wade through other posts.
I recently did the same thing by accident on cpapauction- I bought her mask and she bought mine. LOL.
If anyone agrees with just going this way let's ask Mike.
