Is it better to use a firm pillow? My existing one is very soft (down like) and I seem to be waking up and readjusting my mask (Resmed Swift LT for her) when I roll over. If a firm pillow will help, any suggestions on one that will help that won't break the bank, Thanks.

OH no! I do not know if I could give up my soft pillow for PAP. I had not thought of that possibility. I honestly may never sleep again folks. My pillow is older than dirt. With 3 women in the house it is the only thing left that is mine. Well I guess I have my clothes. Well my pants anyway. my shirts seem to community property.

Carolyn I do believe that there are some cheaper alternatives. You could always make your own. Hey, where is the creative Bee at?
I just thought I might eliminate some of the night awakenings when I try to roll over since I am "sunk" into my pillow, as cmfy as it is. I almost have to sit up to change sleeping positions with the nasal pillow mask. Possibly just a firm foam pillow??
