Ginny, I haven't tried it- just looked it up and it looks like the Wisp, and Nano.  I don't know about that one strap.  The price is right, less than the other two.  Return insurance is not included with this mask, though.  One of us is going to have to get brave and check it out.

I used th eoriginal one and thought the original strap was comfy it did not hold securely.  So I bit the bullet and bought one yesterday and it comes with the new strap.  Cost me $93 fee shipping. Will let you know.

Looking forward to hearing about the Pilario Q.  I'm just not sure of the one strap design.

I'm having terrible leaks with my wisp.  If I can't get the leakage down I'm going to have to switch masks.

Did you see the newest strap?  it now comes with two different kinds. TheCpapshop.com has them with free shipping.

I think I wasted $93.  The nose part is very comfy.  It is very quiet.  Maybe it is my face being small but the new strap almost reaches to my eye and is uncomfortable and with the WISp I can lie that way nicely.  I tired two days ago doing a NO NO. (have not told MD yet!) I turned my pressure to 8 (down from 9).  My 7 day average AHI has improved and I am sleeping better and NO cervical collar. Scheduled for second procedure in Statesboro GA for 11/21.  I wonder if the first has helped.  I am not trying to be real ++ so I will not be let down.  But not using the collar for one week has been so much better. I don't know why else I would suddenly not need it.  And I am wondering if my pressure has been a little too hight  for quite some time..

Ginny, sorry about the Pilario.

It does sound like you have a reason to be positive with that amount of improvement with just one treatment.  The slightly lower pressure should be comfortable.  Keep us posted,

Mary

And if anyone wants a free Pilairo Q (only shipping which should be about $5 for priority) they are welcome to mine.  Used for about 2 hours!!!!   MY AHI average is still 1.

mary....please send me your mailing address.....   :)

Ginny,

I know you said the old strap was not to small for you. I had to cut the strap to even be able to try it. I could pin it so it was bigger. Did you like the blob itself any better?

Fay

 Your improvement sounds great.
