I have pains at the sides of my ribs intermittently during the day (pain 1 - 4 minutes, no pain 1 - 30 minutes)
It is slightly more on the right side than on the left.
It seems to be right beneath the breast line and right in between the middle ribs on both sides.
This seems to be happening because of CPAP use.
Has anyone experienced anything like this?

How long have you been using your machine.

Initially I had some discomfort getting used to the machine at night.

Have you had your heart checked?
have you done anything to irritate your ribs? car accident, football, rough play, golf, pilates? if it is only from the CPAP, most users have some discomfort in the begining. what kind of machine are you using? how much pressure? if you feel the pressure is too much, call your doctor, he can alter his Rx and they can try less pressure. From my personal experience, after about 3 or 4 weeks you get used to the machine, and then the GOOD effects begin. That seems to vary person to person. good luck, let us know how things go for you.
