Not feeling at all rested... low energy

I have been on cpap for over 2 years. Lately I get up 2 to 3 times in the nite and in the morning I am sooo worn out. I am not getting any rest it seems. What is up with this? I never had that problem before...help...

Which machine are using? When was your last follow up with the doctor?

Are you having large leaks? Is your mask sealing good? Have you gained or lost weight? Do you have other chronic health conditions?

No leaks, mask is good. Haven't been to the dr lately for this. nothing I can think of , I sent in the computer card today for a read out. will see what they say...til then... who knows

you might have some large leaks going on without knowing about it. when you have your card read, you should insist on a copy. if i were you, i'd then post it here for folks to give feedback on.
