I have a little abrasion from my nasal pillows on one side lately, it's not even pressure. Try and loosen the mask as much as you can and not leak. You can use "Ayr" saline gel as a cream.

What brand and type mask are you using? What has changed in your treatment?New filter? new cleaning procedure?different laundry soap?new carpet?new pet?Sweep the room with your eyes and see what is different you may find the problem.Good luck,Chris

good point Chris, about laundry detergent, as I posted recently, I cleaned my mask using a little baby shampoo, I had an awful night afterwards, sneezing, I think it's not good, maybe some fragrance, so I put on a clean tube and rinsed my mask good, and slept fantastic last night, fwiw, all...I have to use Ivory or something without lanolin and fragrance, I've had allergy issues going back to my teens, so maybe some of you can relate...

I CLEAN IT THE SAME WAY I ALWAYS HAVE EXCEPT I USE A NEW NOSE JELL COCHIN EVERY WEEK.

Have they changed to a new improved plastic or what ever they make those bits out of  ? Have you tried soaking in white vinegar solution  before first use? As Gordon said it sounds like allergic or such reaction.
