Nice sleep article in the new issue of National Geographic

Not a whole lot of new news, but they offer a nice understanding of sleep and how it changes through the years. And, like always, great pictures.

cute little sleep quiz on the main magazine page as well. Not as complete as an Epworth Sleepiness Scale...but not as sterile either.

What a great article.
Very good article. Thanks. Easy to read and well written!
Thanks for a great article, I was particularly impressed by Spain taking the problem so seriously. It's a shame it's mainly for their flat productivity, but at least it's happening
I like that they are changing things to boost productivity. Our country should take notice. The majority of the world has seen a decrease in poductivity over the last 100 years. With the loss of almost 2 hours of sleep we have seen a huge increase in work related accidents. As much as we hate to say it everything comes down to the bottom line. Without it everything falls apart.
Hey Walt ~

The article on sleep in National Geographic was really interesting, insightful and well written. And, yes, great pictures . . . my favorite appeared on every page of the article . . . seven-month-old Miles Juste of Miami, Florida. Thanks for recommending it.

Best,
Renee
i like the design of the quiz. much more fun than the Epworth Sleepiness Scale. no comparison
Interesting and enjoyable reading. Thanks for sharing.
