Hey everyone, I received my machine on June 3 and have been using it everynight. I have a question, probably a stupid question but I'll ask anyway....I wear a nasal mask, don't have an leaks, but is it normal to NOT feel the air inside the mask? If I open my mouth I can hear/feel it coming from my mouth and I can feel it coming out through the ventilation holes on the mask but feel "nothing" inside the mask. My pressure is set at 10.

Sorry if this is the "stupid question of the day"

thanks!!

totally, 100% normal. these masks are pretty well made, huh? i do the same thing with my mouth --- open it just to hear the air whishing away in there. if i didn't i wouldn't know that it was on.
Thanks Mike!! I feel reassured now that everything is ok.

Lori, I use a nasal mask too and it IS funny isn't it that you can't feel the pressure at all! You would think that it would feel like a big windstorm blowing up your nose, but you don't even feel it. I think that is why I like the Swift LT for her nasal pillows so much. I started with just a nasal mask and could feel the air coming in. I had a hard time getting used to the air blowing out of the vent...I sort of feel like a whale with my blow hole spouting. But I got used to that as well.
